Competent Body
Certifer Belgorail is approved as a Competent Body in the following fields: infrastructure, control-command and signalling, energy and rolling stock with respect to verification of compliance with the National Rules applicable in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
The corresponding provisions were the subject of a Ministerial Decree dated 22 August 2011 approving Certifer Belgorail as a Competent Body in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and was valid for 5 years. The Ministerial Decree dated 22 August 2016 approves Certifer Belgorail for another 5 years as a Competent Body in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg in the fields: infrastructure, (trackside and on-board) control-command and signalling, energy and rolling stock.
